The Wilds (wilds.org) gave us yet another incredible week of summer camp! Not only did we enjoy the camp food, the exciting games, and our cool counselors, but Evangelist Wil Galkin (galkins.org) was such a great challenge to our group spiritually. The very first night we were brought to the realization that many times we try to live our lives as practical atheists – not consulting God’s will for our lives. Many of us were brought to a decision point and God worked in our hearts. Our God & I time helped us see the dangers of the strongholds in our lives and the necessity to break those down with God’s power. The testimony service was so encouraging to hear what God had taught so many young people about spiritually and many of them have posted on their Facebook what God is still doing in their lives.
We all made wonderful life-long memories that include the GIANT swing, tubing, the falls hike, paintball, the team competitions, putt-putt, the big water slide, the lake, the blob, and the Emerald Knights winning the week! Be sure to check out the pictures and video of our week at camp.
